• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise‑scale applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability for both internal and customer‑facing solutions, focusing on Motion
  
  MD software.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code following best practices such as TDD, MVC, and REST.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new features.
• Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality across the team.
• Stay current with latest developments in the Ruby and Rails communities and incorporate best practices into the development process.
• Mentor Junior Developers.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups and contribute to the Agile development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability by monitoring and tuning systems.
• Maintain and improve front‑end integration with Rails applications to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with the Dev Ops team to manage application deployments, including after‑hours deployments.
• Implement and manage automated testing and continuous workflows using tools such as Rspec, Circle
  
  CI, and Jenkins.
• May telecommute from anywhere in U.S.
