Location:
Houston, TX (onsite position)
Duration: 12+ months with multi year extensions
Requirements- Develop and maintain various database applications on the IBM iseries platform, utilizing RPG and embedded SQL and working with large transactional tables.
- Expert level experience with RPG and embedded SQL implementing business logic on the IBM iseries platform.
- Able to read RPGIV, RPGLE, RPGFree programs, embedded SQL
- Experience with financial close processes like Revenue, JIB etc.
- IBM tools such as Aldon, RDI, ACS etc
- Application development experience interacting with front end using REST APIs, Json
- Exposure to python, microservices, VS code IDE development
