We are looking for a passionate Texas
Licensed Associate Counselors to join our clinical team. In this exciting role, you will deliver care to children and parents while receiving high quality supervision and support.

• Deliver therapy to kids and caregivers (12+ hours/week)
• Lead clinical intakes, track progress, and update treatment plans
• Collaborate in supervision and team sessions
• Co-create engaging content for kids and families

• Licensed Associate Counselor
• Passion and 2+ years of experience working with children and families
• Great clinical skills and experience providing evidence based therapies
• Afternoon (after 3:30pm) or weekend availability to meet with kids & families 3-5 days a week (conducting at least 13 sessions / week)
• [Optional] If interested in more hours, availability during the day (9am-3pm) for parent counseling (we provide the training – don't worry!)
• You are flexible, creative, and curious
• You are highly organized and self-starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations (important when working in a startup environment)
• You have a low ego, growth mindset and a sense of humor

• W2 employment providing stability and consistency in pay
• ~$55/hr per clinical session (W2 employment at $35/hr includes weekly supervision, training, cancellations and no-shows are paid)
• Weekly 1:1 and group supervision with expert clinicians who will help you succeed. You’ll learn a ton!
