Ace Handyman Services is Hiring a Craftsman/Carpenter!

Location: 8866 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX (On-Site)

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour + $40 trip surcharge per job

Employment Type: Full-Time W2 or Subcontractor (your choice)

Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly motivated and professional Craftsman/Carpenter with skills across multiple trades. We have consistent, year‑round work and are looking for dependable pros who take pride in quality craftsmanship and customer service.

This role is ideal for an experienced handyman/carpenter who enjoys working independently, completing a variety of residential projects, and delivering a great customer experience.

• Complete a wide range of home repair and improvement jobs
• Perform carpentry, tiling, drywall, painting, and general remodeling tasks
• Install and repair items such as:
  • Showers
  • Doors
  • Vanities
  • Faucets
  • Ceiling fans
• Provide professional, customer‑facing service in residential environments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 10+ years of Professional Handyman, Carpentry, or Remodeling Experience
• 2+ years of Customer/Homeowner Facing Experience
• Comfortable independently completing shower installations, doors, vanities, faucets, and ceiling fans
• Comfortable with a pre‑employment background check and drug screening
• Must live within 15 miles of Hobby Airport
