This is a full‑time role for a Water Well Drilling and Service Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for performing water well drilling, monitoring fluid levels, managing drilling fluids, and ensuring the completion of drilling operations. This is an on‑site role located in Houston, TX. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

• Experience with Drilling and Completion operations
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Relevant certifications and licenses in water well drilling and service
• Previous on‑site experience in similar roles is preferred
