HVAC Installer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Houston for a Lead Installer. The Lead Installer will be responsible for performing HVAC installations and ensuring proper system setup and functionality. This role involves overseeing installation projects, communicating effectively with customers and team members, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Additionally, the Lead Installer will troubleshoot issues, provide guidance to team members, and ensure project completion meets company and customer expectations.

• Experience in HVAC installation and knowledge of industry-standard tools and equipment
• Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and system diagnostics
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment as needed
• EPA certification and knowledge of HVAC codes and regulations; NATE certification is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC systems is preferred
