Commercial Electrical Project Leader / Foreman – lead a large team of commercial electricians (total downline of 100+), working on commercial job sites including commercial buildings, medical offices, universities, retail centers, hospitals and healthcare centers (emphasis on healthcare and medical projects) within Houston and the surrounding areas (no overnight travel!).

• Oversee all phases of the electrical project, including reading plans and blueprints to understand the project’s requirements and scope, plan the crew’s activities, and oversee the project budget.
• Manage and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance and support and troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
• Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites, ensuring safety and that work is performed to project specifications.
• Participate in the safety process to ensure the team is safe and protected.

• Prior experience in a commercial electrical role as a crew leader, project leader, foreman or experienced superintendent leading large electrical crews.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial electrical code and standards.
• Experience overseeing project budgets and knowledge of contract values, monitoring budget to actuals and project labor rates.
• Mastery in reading specifications and blueprints.

• Compensation will be $35-50 per hour + depending on experience, and includes potential for overtime and additional bonus potential.
