(Equipment Yard Operations | Heavy Construction Equipment | Load & Material Handling)

Mustang Cat is hiring an Equipment Control Clerk to assist with loading and unloading heavy construction equipment and moving equipment and attachments on site. This hands‑on role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized equipment yard to ensure new, used, and customer‑owned machines can be located quickly and efficiently.

As an Equipment Control Clerk, you’ll support daily yard and equipment operations while maintaining a safe and organized environment.

• Safely load and unload heavy construction equipment and attachments
• Move equipment and attachments throughout the yard as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient equipment yard
• Ensure new, used, and customer‑owned machines are properly staged and easy to locate
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support customer and internal team needs in a fast‑paced environment
• Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner on‑site

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with material handling and load movement
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in non‑climate‑controlled environments and all weather conditions
• Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
