Swift7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our Houston team. This role is responsible for ensuring that facilities, equipment, and operational systems are maintained to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues and implement effective repairs
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of completed work
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Coordinate with internal departments to minimize downtime
• Support general facility upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
