Valve Service Tech
Contract to hire
Northwest Houston location

*** Some travel required (could be overnight)

Service, assembly, test, and repair of valves & components

• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Perform hands‑on workshop and/or on‑site disassembly, inspection, reporting, cleaning, and reassembly of valves
• Manage all on‑site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks on valves and electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators
• Troubleshoot, test, repair and service valves and actuators
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Ability to work flexible shifts on weekends and nights and to adapt to changing work schedules
• Must be willing to travel to domestic and international locations on short notice
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, to communicate effectively with all contacts

• High school education
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in valve/actuator and demonstrated ability
