Overview
Lawn Management Company (LMC) is searching for a Landscape Enhancement Foreman to supervise, manage, and complete enhancement projects in the field through active hands-on management and training of the enhancement team members. This is a Full-time, benefit eligible position, with typical hours being 6:00am to 3pm, Monday-Fridays with occasional over-time.

- Plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the work of landscaping enhancements crews.
- Safely drive company truck, trailer, and operate a variety of landscape equipment.
- Train assigned employees in their areas of work including landscape installation methods, procedures, and techniques.
- Supervise the use, care, and operation of landscape equipment and assists in maintaining equipment and vehicles for proper working order.
- Verify the work of assigned employees for accuracy, proper work methods, techniques, and compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safe work practices and procedures.
- 2+ years of experience landscape installation/enhancement experience is required
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Familiarity with hand tools that are commonly used in landscaping.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a HUGE PLUS.
