Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at a well-established apartment community. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for maintaining the property, overseeing service operations, and ensuring residents receive exceptional service.

• Lead and manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and unit turns
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems
• Ensure all preventive maintenance is completed on schedule
• Ensure vacant units are prepared for new residents in a timely, high‑quality manner
• Maintain inventory & supplies
• Uphold safety standards and property appearance at all times
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members

• Minimum 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience (lead role)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (EPA Certification required)
• Ability to diagnose and repair multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to be on‑call and respond to after‑hours emergencies
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
