We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturing facility in West Houston. In this dynamic role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and optimize a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment—from cabling machines to compressors. If you enjoy being the go-to person for diagnosing problems, keeping operations running, and making systems better, this is the opportunity for you.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment and control systems
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machines (extruders, braiders, compressors, etc.)
• Modify and upgrade systems to meet evolving production needs
• Diagnose issues, recommend repair or replacement options, and estimate repair costs
• Order and track parts and supplies as needed
• Provide on-call maintenance support for facility operations

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance experience
• Solid understanding of how mechanical and electrical components work together
• Experience working with PLCs and drives
• Comfortable with basic math and using diagnostic tools
• Must provide own tools
• Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs., kneel, reach, and stand for long periods
• Electrician license or technical certifications a plus
