Service​/Measure Technician

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service / Measure Technician to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring precise measurements, accurate project execution, and high-quality service work while delivering a seamless experience to our customers. The ideal candidate is a highly driven professional with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Conduct precise measurements for windows, bath, and shower remodels at residential job sites.
• Ensure all measurements align with installation specifications and company standards.
• Document detailed notes to ensure customer expectations are met and potential issues are identified early.
• Execute change order specifications accurately and efficiently.

• Perform warranty and service work on past installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and troubleshoot product or installation issues, implementing appropriate solutions.
• Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with customers throughout the service process.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Assist in service jobs when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain company assets in excellent working order, including tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of daily activities while managing shifting workloads.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Two or more years of experience in home remodeling, measurement, or a related field preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to measure accurately.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and scaffolding.
• Ability to move into tight and confined spaces as needed.
• Perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and fingers for accurate measurements.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position (standing or sitting) for prolonged periods.
