Maintenance Technician - Texas Markets. Spin Xpress is one of the fastest-growing laundromat operators, with modern, high-volume locations serving thousands of customers every week. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, clean, and reliable environment. To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a Traveling Maintenance Technician to oversee facility upkeep across multiple regions in Texas.

This Maintenance Technician is responsible for resolving facility-related issues submitted through the company’s ticketing system by store employees and District Managers. This is a travel-based role that requires strong organization and a proactive approach to prioritizing trips based on urgency and overall workload.

This position does not include direct washer or dryer repairs. Instead, the technician focuses on maintaining the facility and its supporting systems, while coordinating with external contractors for larger or specialized repair work.

The Traveling Maintenance Technician will:

• Resolve facility-related issues submitted through the company’s ticketing system by store employees and District Managers
• Oversee facility upkeep across multiple regions in Texas through travel
• Prioritize trips based on urgency and overall workload
• Coordinate with external contractors for larger or specialized repair work
• Maintain a safe, clean, and reliable environment at Spin Xpress locations

• Base Salary: $40,000 yearly
• Performance Incentives:
  
  Up to $5,000 yearly
• Mileage reimbursement
• Phone allowance provided

• Full-time, travel required across Texas regions
• Typically Monday–Friday, with occasional emergency or weekend calls
