- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in fleet vehicles
- Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, etc.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair estimates
- Maintain detailed service and repair records
- Ensure fleet vehicles are road‑ready and minimize downtime
- Stay current with new tools, technologies, and maintenance techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a mechanic or automotive technician
- Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Skilled with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
