Dynamic Journeyman Electricians work on residential homes regarding the installation, wiring, and maintenance of residential solar systems. This role supports solar installation crews in the field, helping maintain efficient workflows and safe job sites while gaining hands-on experience in renewable energy systems.
Responsibilities- Drive to client sites and arrive promptly and professionally in the company truck.
- Ensure project completion and customer satisfaction from start to finish.
- Promote safety, quality, and productivity on every job site.
- Demonstrate expert conduit bending.
- Install residential solar PV systems, including electrical service equipment, wiring, and devices in accordance with contract specifications and design requirements.
- Adhere to electrical codes, meeting or exceeding current National Electrical Code and local requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve PV system issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with inspectors and communicate project details to ensure jurisdiction compliance.
- Collaborate with the territory Project Manager and Coordinator to coordinate project logistics.
- Maintain safety standards and enforce safety training for the team.
- Direct reporting to the Project Manager with updates on project status and handling escalations professionally.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid driver’s license
- Any sort of industrial construction experience of any duration
Average full-time $36 - $40 hourly relative to skills and experience

The Pay Range For This Role Is 36 - 40 USD per hour (Houston, Texas)
