Maintenance Technician III

We’re searching for a Maintenance Technician – someone who works well in a fast‑paced setting. In this position, you will perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to cover all trades including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, painting, carpentry, and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes. Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environments.

• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs for multiple systems and equipment to ensure a safe environment and operational reliability according to standards established by management team. Performs inspections, maintenance, and repairs to facilities to provide a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Performs repairs to failed equipment according to established standards and within acceptable time frames.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem‑solving maintenance duties for multiple systems and equipment according to standards established by management team. Demonstrates troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge depth on multiple pieces of equipment and associated systems according to standards established by management team. Demonstrates basic electrical knowledge and meter usage. Demonstrates Fire Safety knowledge such as fire extinguisher designations and usage. Demonstrates work product meets the expected criteria.
• Ensures good rapport and cooperative working relationship with internal and external customers
