• Inspect and assess slides, features, and bulkheads to identify areas requiring restoration or repair.
• Perform labor‑intensive tasks such as sanding, grinding, and applying coatings to various substrates.
• Repair structural damage—cracks, leaks, and other defects—using appropriate materials and techniques.
• Refinish surfaces by applying coatings, tiles, or other materials to enhance durability and appearance.
• Replace worn‑out or malfunctioning components such as filters, valves, and lights.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and offer maintenance recommendations.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document work, maintaining detailed records of restoration projects, materials used, and observations.

• Previous experience in aquatic maintenance, repair, or restoration is preferred.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment commonly used in aquatic restoration, such as plastering tools, tile cutters, and pressure washers.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and develop effective solutions.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, work in varied weather conditions, and perform tasks at heights or in confined spaces safely.
• Relevant certifications in pool maintenance, repair, or restoration are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
