Salary: $6,000–$15,000/month (100% commission-based + weekly bonuses)

• Perform air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney inspections/repairs, and insulation installations per SOPs.
• Educate homeowners on services and upsell solutions (e.g., UV lights, sanitation, chimney caps).
• Complete job documentation, including photos and CRM updates (e.g., Workiz).
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company van; perform daily equipment checks.
• Deliver professional customer service and meet sales benchmarks.

• 1+ year of HVAC, air duct cleaning, or insulation experience (preferred, not required).
• Mechanically inclined with power tool proficiency.
• Strong communication, customer service, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Physically able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
• Available for full-time work, including Saturdays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
