Our client’s robust network services division specializes in commercial Audio Visual, Access control & mobile Security Solutions, Network Cabling, and Fire alarm. Our client has been entrusted with installing and maintaining IT network infrastructure and low-voltage systems in Texas for more than 2 decades.

• Lead a team of installers to install wire, cable, and support structures
• Oversee and participate in device terminations on various devices
• Perform high-level troubleshooting, testing, and system certification
• Read blueprints and schematics
• Establish cable paths, calculate proper wire size, troubleshoot ground faults
• Provide daily progress reports with updates, materials lists, and test results
• Handle panel terminations and possess expert knowledge of fire alarm components
• Understand NFPA 72 principles and requirements
• Have exposure to suppression systems installations
• Conduct and document proper fire alarm system testing
• Understand the basics of signal transmission, voice/alarm communication systems, surveys, maintenance, wiring, evacuation signals, and combination systems
• Complete shop and riser drawings, as-builts, and supplementary circuits

• 4 years’ experience installing fire alarm cabling, support structure, and equipment in a commercial environment
• Active State of Texas Fire Alarm License
• Experience overseeing installers and/or technicians during commercial fire alarm installations
• Knowledge of NFPA 72
• Experience in panel terminations, programming, and testing
• Ability to read prints and schematics
• Capability in completing surveys, producing as-builts, shop and riser drawings, and supplementary circuits
• Excellent communicator both written and oral

• Must have Valid Driver s license and own transportation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
