Plumber Technician – Multifamily Properties

We are seeking a skilled Plumber Technician to join our team and maintain the plumbing systems in our multifamily properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and providing excellent service to residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fittings, and fixtures for water, gas, and drainage systems.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, water heater malfunctions, and sewer backups.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
  • Work with property management and maintenance teams to respond promptly to service requests.
  • Ensure all plumbing work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance work.
  • Handle emergency plumbing situations efficiently and professionally.
  • Recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance plumbing system performance and efficiency.
  • Order and maintain plumbing supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address their concerns professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship preferred.
  • Plumber license (as required by state/local regulations).
  • Proven experience in residential or multifamily property plumbing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
