Mobile Maintenance, a leading oil and gas services company, is hiring Field Service Technicians. Our established maintenance services company is expanding operations in Odessa, TX. Our company is seeking Field Technicians for routine maintenance of heavy equipment, industrial engines, and light duty vehicles used primarily in oil field and construction operations. Advancement and earning potential are commensurate with performance. The Field Service Technician requires travel to various Construction, Frac, Oil/Gas, and other energy related sites to service equipment.

• Duties will include routine scheduled maintenance of on-road vehicles and oil/gas equipment
• Other tasks as assigned
• The Field Technician will be responsible for managing multiple projects under tight deadlines per customer demands

• No previous Oil & Gas experience is required for the right candidate. Must be willing to learn new skills in a variety of areas, work in a team setting, efficiently and safely
• Candidates must be able to handle a demanding workload
• Prior mechanical experience and knowledge of basic hand tools is required
• All applicants must have a professional appearance, clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check and drug test
