Provide visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and maintain a safe environment.;
Walk the sales floor to identify theft indicators and communicate findings to Store Leadership and Loss Prevention.;
Mitigate theft and fraud by following Loss Prevention directives and minimizing operational shortage.;
Train and educate Associates on shortage reduction initiatives and loss prevention practices.;
Monitor compliance with safety procedures and ensure a secure environment for Associates and Customers.
