Sincere Hospitality is actively hiring for an Overnight Loss Prevention Associate!

We are seeking a dependable and observant Overnight Loss Prevention Associate to support guest safety, asset protection, and overall hotel operations during overnight hours. This role focuses on prevention, visibility, and reporting
, serving as a professional on-site presence overnight. This is not a security guard position and does not require a security license. The associate serves as an extra set of eyes and ears, helping deter issues before they arise and escalating concerns appropriately.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel and surrounding areas during overnight hours. Conduct routine walkthroughs of public spaces, parking areas, and exterior grounds to identify safety concerns, maintenance issues, or unusual activity. Observe, document, and report incidents or policy concerns to management or appropriate authorities. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas. Complete accurate shift and incident reports.
Support overnight hotel operations and provide courteous assistance to guests as needed. Promote a calm, safe, and welcoming environment at all times.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in hospitality, loss prevention, overnight operations, or customer service is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and professional in unusual or stressful situations. Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential, including the ability to complete detailed reports. The role requires the ability to work independently overnight, walk the property, stand for extended periods, and use basic computer systems.
Reliability, discretion, and a guest-service mindset are critical.
