Security Officer - Flex

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail environment.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with store leadership and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of sales floors, fitting rooms, stock areas, and exterior perimeter to help to deter theft and/or other policy violations.;
Monitor access points, customer traffic, and merchandise movement, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns per site procedures.;
Complete required reports and logs, preserve incident details, and communicate observations to Allied Universal management and client representatives.
