• Consistent full-time overnight schedule

• Perform continuous golf cart patrols and foot patrols of interior and exterior areas including stairwells and multiple floors
• Conduct thorough checks of all entrances, mechanical rooms, and common areas
• Monitor CCTV systems, access control, and report all suspicious activity
• Prevent unauthorized access, loitering, theft, or damage to property
• Maintain control of assigned keys and report any discrepancies
• Write detailed and accurate daily reports using a mobile reporting system
• Enforce site rules and respond promptly to emergencies
• Provide exceptional customer service to staff, tenants, and after-hours visitors
• Work closely with site leadership and follow all post orders

• Prior security experience preferred
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods (entire shift)
• High level of alertness and observational skill
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital reporting tools
• Calm, courteous, and professional presence
• Must complete required training and maintain certifications
