Location & Site Specific InformationThe Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for a commercial office building consisting of three buildings. Duties include visitor management and foot patrols. Officers will be greeting visitors as they enter & exit the building, and monitoring the lobby to ensure compliance with security protocols. The Officer will also be responsible for patrolling the parking areas on a golf cart.
Officers will continuously monitor all areas, enforcing parking regulations, and responding to any security issues or emergencies.

Responsibilities- Monitor grounds to prevent theft, trespassing, or vandalism.
- Request emergency personnel as needed.
- Patrol and provide security presence.
- Monitor traffic coming onto the property.
- Patrol all areas of the site.
- Warn and report violators of premise rules and regulations.
- Ensure security breaches are immediately reported.
