** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or delivery personnel by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related protocols.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity per post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or site management when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance and/or security-related concerns.

+ Complete detailed reports and logs, communicate pertinent information during shift transitions, and assist with incident documentation as needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
