** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

+ Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions; report and/or document security-related concerns, hazards, and maintenance issues per post orders.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with property management and/or public responders as needed.

+ Complete required reports, logs, and shift documentation, and communicate pertinent information during shift changes to support continuity of operations.

* + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ This position is primarily a driving post.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
