• Full-Time Overnight Security Officer (Rover)
• Schedule:
  
  Friday–Tuesday, 11PM–7AM (No exceptions)
• Location:
  
  77079 (Applicants must live within 20 miles)

This role requires officers who can work independently, follow strict post orders, and handle high-profile security responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.

• Conduct thorough patrols of parking garages, exterior perimeters, and interior floors
• Provide coverage for other officers during breaks and shift changes
• Monitor access and ensure only authorized personnel enter the property
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and tenant concerns promptly
• Observe and report suspicious activity clearly and accurately
• Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident reports
  
  Communicate professionally with property management and team members
• Uphold all post orders, standard operating procedures, and company policies

Applicants who do not meet ALL of these will not be considered:

• Minimum 1 year of professional security experience
  , preferably in commercial or high-rise environments
• Must live within 20 miles of 77079
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work Friday–Tuesday overnight schedule consistently
• Professional appearance and demeanor (
  No neck, face, or below-the-wrist tattoos
  )
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to patrol on foot or golf cart for extended periods

• Previous Rover Security Officer experience
• Overnight security experience
• High-rise or corporate office security experience
• Military or law enforcement background

• Stable 40-hour overnight schedule
• Work in a professional, high-profile corporate environment
• Opportunities for advancement within Houston properties
