Security FLEX Officer (On-Call / 24-7 Availability Required)

We are actively hiring an experienced Security FLEX Officer to provide on-call coverage at multiple client sites throughout the Houston area.

This is NOT a fixed schedule position. This role is for officers who can respond to coverage needs with little notice and are fully available for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position requires reliability, flexibility, and professionalism at all times.

• Provide short-notice security coverage at various client sites
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrol
• Monitor access control and property entry points
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Respond to incidents and emergencies
• Write accurate, detailed daily activity and incident reports
• Follow all site-specific post orders
• Maintain professional communication with clients and supervisors

Applicants who do not meet ALL requirements will not be considered:

• Active Texas Security License
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable security experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal transportation
• Must live within 20 miles of 77079
• Must be fully available 24/7 (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Professional appearance (no neck, face, or below-the-wrist tattoos)
• Strong report‑writing skills
• Ability to work independently at different locations

We are specifically seeking officers who:

• Have previous FLEX or rover experience
• Are comfortable being on-call
• Do not require a fixed schedule
• Understand “observe and report” protocols
• Are dependable and answer their phone when called for coverage
• Are looking for growth within a professional security company

We operate across multiple commercial properties in Houston and promote internally. Strong FLEX officers are often first in line for:

• Full-time site placements
• Supervisor roles
• Specialized assignments
