Security Officer - Gate Attendant

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Control access to the residential location by verifying credentials, managing visitor check-in and/or check-out, issuing temporary access as directed, and documenting entries in accordance with post orders.;
Monitor access points, cameras, and/or alarms for irregular activity, helping to deter unauthorized entry and promptly reporting concerns to site management and/or emergency services as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disputes, noise complaints, lockouts, and other resident-related issues in line with site policy.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations.
