Experienced Security Supervisor ; STX Div

• Supervise and support security officers assigned to the site
• Ensure compliance with all post orders, policies, and procedures
• Conduct regular patrols of building, garage, loading dock, and exterior areas
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Maintain key control and access control standards
• Monitor security cameras and respond to incidents or emergencies
• Ensure all patrols, inspections, and incidents are documented in Vision Insite (VI)
• Train new officers on site-specific procedures and expectations
• Perform quality control checks on officer performance and reporting
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and vendors
• Assist with event security coordination when required
• Address safety concerns and escalate issues appropriately

• Minimum 3–5 years security experience required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
• Commercial property or high-rise experience preferred
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Comfortable using security reporting systems (Vision Insite experience preferred)
• Ability to walk patrols, climb stairs, and work both indoors and outdoors
• Professional appearance and customer service mindset
• Reliable attendance and strong accountability
