Field Training Officer; STX

Support & Supervision

• Serve as a go-to resource for officers in the field
• Reinforce company policies, procedures, and expectations
• Provide real-time guidance and coaching when needed

Post Coverage & Urgent Response

• Respond quickly to call-offs, no-shows, or urgent staffing needs
• Cover open posts or coordinate relief as required
• Keep Account Managers informed of any staffing or site changes

Training & Site Inspections

• Conduct unannounced site visits to ensure readiness and compliance
• Review reports, pass-down logs, and documentation
• Reinforce our standard: write it down, don’t say it

Vehicles & Equipment

• Complete daily inspections of FTO vehicles
• Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and readiness
• Assist with basic golf cart upkeep (batteries, tires, lights, etc.)

Field Operations

• Travel between multiple sites during your shift (typically 50–175 miles/day)
• Monitor officer performance, professionalism, and site conditions
• Ensure posts are properly equipped and ready for operations

• 25 years of age or older
• Clean driving record and completion of driver safety training
• Pre-employment drug screening required
• Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement
• Successful completion of the FTO Training Program
