Primary location: MD Anderson Cancer Center campus in West Houston.
This is a full‑time position with rotating shifts that may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
Minimum $18.00, midpoint $20.54, maximum $23.08 per hour (based on a 40‑hour work week).

• Provide information, directions, and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Patrol campus by vehicle and on foot to monitor for suspicious activity and safety hazards.
• Enforce institutional and parking regulations; issue permits and citations as needed.
• Serve as a Campus Security Authority in compliance with the Clery Act.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain calm, professional judgment under pressure.
• Support institutional policies and ensure a safe environment for all individuals on campus.

• Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience
  • One year of relevant work experience.
• Licenses and Certifications
  • Required:
    
    Valid Class A, B, or C Texas driver's license.
  • Preferred:
    International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) certification.
• Other Requirements
  • Must pass pre‑employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
