Field Training Officer; Operations

We are seeking a professional, dependable Security Supervisor to provide excellent customer service, rapid response to incidents, and strong leadership across multiple client locations.

• Monitoring and patrolling assigned sites
• Responding to incidents and emergencies
• Enforcing client procedures and company standards
• Completing accurate, detailed reports
• Serving as first response across multiple locations
• Applying progressive discipline when authorized

• Valid Level II Security License (TXDPS)
• Prior supervisory experience (Lead, Shift Lead, Field Supervisor)
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Valid driver’s license

• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• Drivers License
• Non-Commission Security License (Level II)

This job reports to the Branch Manager

This is a Full-Time position
