Looking for Professional LEVEL 3
- Commissioned Officers. Staffing for SRO positions. Looking for strong candidates. Pay rate is $19-21.

• MUST be Professional
• Must hold a current Level III license issued from TX DPS PSB (pocket guard card in hand)
• Must have a valid driver's license
• High School degree or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and working phone
• Ability to safely handle/operate your firearm
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Work independently and possess good work ethics
• Able to pass a physical fitness assessment
• Must be capable of passing a background check
• 21 years of age
• U.S. Citizen
• No FELONY convictions within the last ten (10) years
• No Class A MISDEMEANOR convictions within the last five (5) years
• No Class B MISDEMEANOR convictions within the last two (2) years
• No family violence convictions
• Cannot currently be on deferred adjudication for any FELONY, Class A or Class B MISDEMEANOR
• Must have OWN DUTY GEAR/ FIREARM (Service type weapons with service calibers i.e.
  
  - Glock; Sig Saur; H&K; Smith & Wesson M&P; 9mm; .40 cal; .45 ACP; etc.)

• Level 3 retention holster
• Duty Belt
• OD Green Tactical Pants
• To walk/stand and/or sit for long periods of time
• Work ALL shifts, this includes potential WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS
• Clean-cut/ good physical health
• Possess quality grammar skills (Speaking/Writing)

• Prior or current Military/Law Enforcement experience
• Exceptional display of duty weapon manipulation and accuracy
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, which may result in exposure to inclement weather, and be able to walk, run, climb, crawl, sit or stand for extended periods of time and be able to perform all activities faced by emergency first responders
• Must demonstrate the ability to apply critical thinking skills in rendering solutions to various issues that arise in the area of responsibility; must be able to effectively communicate with school staff, students, families, and law enforcement professionals; extensive communication (verbal and written) is required; will be responsible for managing witnesses and others when handling or responding to incidents; requires the use of sound judgment
