• Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining a secure environment.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing Tri Corps with professionalism.
• Enforce site‑specific policies, regulations, and safety procedures consistently and fairly.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, and alarms in coordination with management or local authorities.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify safety or security concerns.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Support management and client requests to ensure the highest level of service and security.

• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times.
• Stay alert, observant, and proactive throughout each shift.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and sound judgment in all situations.
• Uphold Tri Corps’ standards of ethics, service, and accountability.

• Positions available in the Houston, Texas area.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Valid Texas PSB Level II License (Unarmed Security Officer).
• Reliability, strong communication skills, and sound judgment.
• Full‑time and part‑time positions available for dependable individuals.
• Certification Requirements: TX PSB Level II License.
