We're hiring Unarmed Security Site Supervisors for the Houston Airport. The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Supervise and coordinate shift operations, act as liaison between stakeholders, provide coaching, recognition, discipline, and maintain safety protocols in outdoor environments.

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
• Valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience and a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 36 months, etc.)
• Security experience of 2+ years
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to work outside in the elements
• Leadership and management skills
• Full‑time availability
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally, and work in various environments (cold weather, rain/snow, heat)
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Intermediate computer skills with wireless technology
• Must successfully complete a background investigation, a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test, and potentially a drivers record check
• Ability to use independent judgment within established guidelines
• Must provide written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting
• Licensing requirements may be subject to state or local laws and may be required prior to employment
