Security FLEX Officer

We are seeking a professional and dependable Security FLEX Officer to join our team. The Security Flex Officer will provide security coverage at various client sites as needed with little to no notice
. This position requires someone who is flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in different environments and adapting to new procedures quickly.

• Must be available 24/7 - ON CALL
• MUST have 1 year MINIMUM of security experience
• MUST have a valid drivers license
• MUST have a GED or High school diploma or equivalent
• MUST reside within 20 miles of corporate office - 77079
• Must have a valid Security License
• Professional appearance and demeanor - NO NECK, FACE OR BELOW THE WRIST TATTOS
• Reliable transportation and ability to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

• Provide site coverage with little notice
• Patrol premises and respond to incidents
• Monitor access control and ensure client safety
• Write accurate reports and follow post orders
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor

High School Diploma or GED

Level 2 Security License
