We are seeking an experienced Geologist with strong Haynesville Shale expertise to support well planning and drilling operations. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with well path planning, real‑time geosteering, and operational decision‑making in unconventional shale plays.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support well path planning and landing zone selection
- Perform real‑time geosteering and collaborate closely with drilling and operations teams
- Ensure optimal well placement and reservoir exposure
- Travel to East Texas as required to support operations
- Proven experience as a Geologist in the Haynesville Shale
- Strong geosteering and operational geology background
- Experience working closely with drilling and completions teams
- Ability to work remotely, with flexibility to travel when needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geology or Geoscience
- Remote work strongly supported
- Travel to East Texas as required
