We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join IDEAYA’s medical team. The Senior MSL serves as a key scientific communicator for IDEAYA, acting as the key conduit of medical and scientific information within a designated geographic region. This role blends strategic vision with clinical expertise and deep therapeutic area knowledge to support both external healthcare professionals and internal cross-functional teams.

The Senior MSL is responsible for cultivating and maintaining credible, peer-level relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders. Through these relationships, the Senior MSL provides deep scientific and medical insights that inform IDEAYA’s initiatives and priorities. Additionally, the Senior MSL facilitates the exchange of clinical and scientific information, delivers educational support, and fosters research collaborations related to current and emerging therapies.

The Senior MSL consistently adheres to internal standard operating procedures and complies with all regulatory and compliance requirements, while maintaining up-to-date expertise in disease state management, emerging therapies, and the evolving treatment landscape.

The Senior Medical Science Liaison reports to the Senior Director of the U.S. Medical Science Liaison team. This role is a field-based role and the location where the incumbent must reside is in Minnesota or Illinois.
