We are representing a luxury, finish plumbing supplier currently in GROWTH mode. They have scaled from $18M to $50M in the last few years and even made the list of Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies based in Dallas, TX! Part of their success stems from securing national agreements with top distributors like Hajoca, Winsupply, and National Wholesale.
With these recent wins, we are now looking to add a driven salesperson to secure new stocking locations and create demand for their luxury products downstream with builders + plumbing contractors.
Position: Outside Sales Representative
Territory: S. TX, LA, + S. AR (20-30% overnight travel to be impactful)
Product: sinks, faucets, freestanding tubs, + shower bases
Compensation: high 5-figure salary + 40% bonus (at plan, can exceed) + good benefits + IRS reimbursement (70 cents/mile)
Responsibilities- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business at the end user and distributor level
- Service existing stocking locations
- Effectively demonstrate luxury product line
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
- 1+ years' experience in cold calling sales with a strong track record of success
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Strong presentation, negotiation, organization, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
