We are a fast-growing North Houston Mobile Diesel Service company looking for a driven, competitive, results-obsessed Outside Sales Professional to take ownership of a high-potential open territory. This role is for hunters.
Not order-takers.
Fleet managers do not have time for downtime. When trucks are parked, money is lost. We provide rapid-response mobile diesel service that keeps fleets moving.
Your job - Open doors. Build relationships. Close large fleet accounts. Grow revenue.
What You’ll Own- Aggressively prospect and develop commercial fleet accounts
- Target large accounts and multi-location operators
- Build direct relationships with Fleet & Operations Managers
- Understand downtime economics and sell value, not price
- Deliver accurate job quoting and professional service proposals
- Coordinate closely with dispatch in a fast-paced roadside environment
- Follow through relentlessly to secure recurring revenue
- Automotive or trucking industry experience (non-negotiable)
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and land large accounts
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and competitive
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced roadside service business
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
