You will serve as the primary engine for our sales pipeline, transforming initial homeowner interest into high‑value sales opportunities. By mastering the art of the "rehash" and outbound engagement, you will directly impact the company's growth and the success of our field sales team.
How You Will Make an ImpactConvert inbound leads and digital inquiries into confirmed sales appointments within seconds of contact.
Reactivate past demonstrations that did not result in a sale through strategic rehash techniques.
Nurture cold and aging lead buckets through relentless and professional outbound follow‑up.
Secure commitments from all household decision‑makers to attend scheduled consultations.
Maintain a 90% or higher answer rate to ensure no revenue opportunity is missed.
Document every interaction and lead status accurately within the CRM to maintain data integrity.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align messaging and optimize appointment quality.
Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or high‑volume call center environment.
High School Diploma or GED.
Proven ability to handle objections and guide conversations toward a specific call‑to‑action.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceDemonstrated experience in the residential construction or home remodeling industry.
Advanced skills in "rehash" sales or recovering lost opportunities.
Experience working in a high‑stakes, metrics‑driven environment with daily set‑rate targets.
Performance‑based commissions including 1% on rehash sales.
Per‑demo incentives ($5.00 for inbound / $10.00 for outbound).
