International Inside Sales Representative Featured Houston, TX

The International Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing premier customer service to all current and potential customers from the point of initial contact through delivery of the product. The International Inside Sales Representative mustalso achieve sales and profit goals established by the management team at Corrosion Materials – Houston Branch. (CMI)

Asa minimum, the following is a basic description of typical duties and responsibilities expected of the Inside Sales Representative. These duties arenot exhaustive and are subject to change as the needs of the organization require.

• Increase sales and provide support for current customer base as assigned.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and sales contracts.
• Promptly respond to Request for Quotes for current and potential customers. Overall goalis no later than 24 hours per RFQ.
• Coordinate workflow with company staff to achieve closing of sales quotes.
• Meetdaily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by the General Manager, i.e.,dollars booked and calls per day.
• Proactively review open orders and advise customers of delivery status changes.
• Provide technical assistance and solutions for customer returns.
• Manage account services through follow-up and quality checks.
• Develop and maintain existing product knowledge and sales materials.
• Formulate analysis of sales data to assist in establishing specific account pricing.
• Contribute to a positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with other Inside Sales Representatives, Field Sales Representatives, management, and other co-workers.
• Prepare and present various sales status reports to Inside Sales Manager weekly that includes activity, follow-up, closing, and adherence to targets.

• Adhereto all CMI’s safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Adhere to all CMI’s handbook policies and procedures and business codes of ethics.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Twoor more years of international sales experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Marketing experience, ensuring ability to recognize opportunities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Abilityto effectively multi-task and work independently on assigned tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to transfer data accurately
• Strong work ethic; self-motivated
• Operate with high integrity, maintaining positive relations with co-workers, customers,and suppliers

• Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related area
• Fouror more years of experience in sales and marketing
