mitogrowpro is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Site One Landscape Supply Relationship & Sales Manager to develop, manage, and expand strategic partnerships with Site One Landscape Supply locations and their professional network
. This role is responsible for driving sales growth of mitogrowpro products through Site One channels by building strong relationships with branch managers, sales staff, and contractor customers. The manager will serve as a liaison between mitogrowpro and Site One locations, ensuring product education, sales support, and ongoing engagement with landscape professionals. The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B sales, landscape supply distribution, contractor sales, or agricultural/horticultural products
, and thrives in a field-based, relationship-oriented sales environment.

Key Responsibilities Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Site One Landscape Supply branch managers, sales teams, and regional leadership
    .
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between mitogrowpro and Site One branches within the assigned territory.
  • Develop trust and engagement with landscape contractors, growers, and commercial clients purchasing through Site One.
  • Conduct regular branch visits and trainings to strengthen partnerships and drive product adoption.
Sales Growth & Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth of mitogrowpro products through Site One distribution channels
    .
  • Identify new sales opportunities within Site One’s contractor customer base.
  • Support Site One teams in promoting mitogrowpro products to landscape professionals.
  • Work with branch teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
Product Education & Training
  • Provide in-person and virtual product training for Site One sales teams and contractors
    .
  • Develop educational materials and demonstrations that help contractors understand the value of mitogrowpro solutions.
  • Host contractor events, lunch-and-learns, and field demonstrations.
Territory Management
  • Manage a defined territory of Site One locations and contractor accounts
    .
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase product penetration within assigned branches.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for expansion.
Marketing & Promotions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotions, product launches, and contractor outreach campaigns
    .
  • Participate in industry trade shows, contractor events, and regional sales meetings
    .
  • Support in-store merchandising, displays, and promotional programs.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Track sales activity, branch engagement, and contractor adoption.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership regarding sales performance, market feedback, and growth opportunities
    .
  • Identify trends and recommend strategies to increase product demand.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in sales, distribution, or relationship management
  • Experience working with landscape contractors, horticulture, agriculture, turf, or lawn care markets
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to Site One branch locations
  • Proven ability to grow sales through distribution partners
Preferred
  • Experience working with Site One Landscape Supply or similar distributors
  • Knowledge of plant health, turf care, or landscape products
  • Existing relationships with contractors or landscape professionals
