** How You’ll Make a Difference
** As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the steady force behind our equipment sales process. Your organization, communication, and follow-through will help keep equipment moving, customers informed, and our sales and service teams aligned. You’ll play a key role in turning opportunity into results—smoothly, accurately, and with purpose.
** What You’ll Do
*** Coordinate the full equipment lifecycle, including off-lease processing, wholesale purchases, inspections, repairs, freight, and inventory intake
* Partner closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and external vendors to negotiate pricing, track orders, and ensure equipment is make-ready and delivered on time
* Manage documentation, reporting, inventory availability, and communication to keep sales teams informed and ready to serve customers
* Process used equipment-related AP, AR, warranty items, and maintain complete transaction files with photos and records

* Ability to work independently while collaborating easily across teams in a fast-paced environment
