Account Manager - North America

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, building strong and lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and business drivers; develop tailored solutions in collaboration with technical and solution teams.
• Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and post-sales support coordination.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical support, engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze account performance, prepare regular reports, and proactively address any issues or risks.
• Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support product and business development.
• Represent Streamax at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in telematics, automotive electronics, IoT, fleet management, or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written);
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
